Holy God,

faithful and unchanging:

enlarge our minds with the knowledge of your truth,

and draw us more deeply into the mystery of your love,

that we may truly worship you,

Father, Son and Holy Spirit,

one God, now and for ever.

Please pray for those who are ill

Olwen Trefor-Roberts

We remember those whom we know,

who are suffering in sickness or adversity,

and those who especially need our prayers at this time.

Also the families of those who have died

Congratulations!

Each year the Diocesan Advisory Committee (DAC) makes a number of awards to mark and celebrate work on church buildings where "a parish has completed a project to an exceptional standard of workmanship, or when a project has been key to that parish's growth and mission".  Our Tee Pee improvements were recognised by an award which was collected by the two Church Wardens and the architect on behalf of the parish at this year's ceremony on 6 June. Congratulations to all involved!

The Community of the Sisters of the Church

James Symons is visiting the Sisters Monday 8th July, so it would be good if he could take some donations of food (tins, packets, there’s a list of suggestions available) to support their work in Bristol.

Mid-week Services

If you would like to come to church but can’t come on a Sunday or would find a shorter service more comfortable for health or other issues, please remember you are always welcome at the Wednesday 10.30am service of Holy Communion, or you are welcome to join with one of the Nursing Home communions at Bybrook House or Brunel House. Please contact Janet or Clair for more details.
